Complete order cancellations with less than two week's notice will be Charged 50% of total price. Refunds on partial cancellations within one week of an event will be solely at our discretion. No refunds can be given on any equipment delivered and not used, for any reason. We must schedule deliveries & pickups. We will try to accommodate your specific requests, but this may involve an additional charge, especially on our peak weekends. All deliveries/pickups must be to and from a secure area. The customer is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup .
