Rental Questions

Q. How does the pricing work?

A. Most prices are for a one day event. We do our best to work with your budget.  Prices take into account the size of the tent, the surface on which it will be erected, the time of year, and the style of tent.  Contact us for an estimate today!

Q. How and when do I pay?

A. A reservation deposit is due at time of original order.  Orders are paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery and setup. We accept most major credit cards, checks, or cash.

Q. When should I make my reservation?

A. Early planning ensures product availability. It's always best to make a reservation at your earliest convenience.  We take orders for same day events.

Q. What if I need to change part of my order?

A. We are a very Customer Service oriented company. We realize things do change in event planning and welcome your call or visit.

Q. What is my responsibility for merchandise return?

A. You have full responsibility of all rental equipment until a representative of Present Tents arrives for pick-up.  please have all rental equipment broken down and placed in an accessible area for pickup.

Q. What happens if an item is broken, damaged or missing?

A. We offer a damage waiver on all rentals which covers accidental damage to rental equipment. It does not cover loss or abuse of rental equipment.  A replacement fee will be charged for all items.
